Can hair loss in women be related to a vitamin dificiency?

I have experienced extreme hair loss over many months and I have gone for blood work, it turned out, was pretty good (very mild iron dificiency) is the thyroid gland fine, as are hormones, etc. My hair has fallen slightly since the take-away knowing that I was a bit , and it almost seems like my hair in addition to fine and thin out from the roots (scalp). Could it be that there is a vitamin or mineral content dificiency of me? If yes, please? What type and how can I take care of what I'm worried because I've never lost so much hair that I have now. I do not feel I'm under stress, no trauma, what is it? If you do not have children without surgery, etc. I'm actually now my hair cut shorter, hopefully helping to stop hair loss, but how can I make my hair stronger so it does not fall from my scalp so easily? My doctor just checked the levels of testosterone and that's okay. B12 deficiency can ROGAIN.You hair loss carry Actor the hormone testosterone. Apparently too much in your body. A visit to the doctor and hormone replacement therapy will make a difference are betting on it. Good luck. My friend has had this problem and his doctor said was due to lack of soft iron. He started taking iron tablets (with food b / c they are hard on the stomach), and took a long time, but his hair began to grow again and has stopped falling. Perhaps, but unlikely. You may need more protein. If you are on a vegetarian diet, so it's probably the reason. I am a beautiful head of hair to become a vegetarian. Now it takes me years to get back to my hair and a lot of money for medical examinations. Stress can lead to hair loss. I lost tons of hair when I was eating too much tofu and soy products, as I closed the thyroid medication. I imagine the stress, even if you say no, could be internalized stress. Try yoga and taking prenatal vitamins. I have friends who swear by them for hair and nails. Yes, it helps Rogaine, but it is expensive, and if you stop using, all the hair that grew down will be grateful to that question. I'm in the same bad thing.so continue looking for answers.
